If you wish to purchase any product from BAM Treats you may be asked for certain information relevant to your purchase including, but not limited to; Credit Card information, billing and shipping address, e-mail and phone number.

Privacy Policy

BAM Treats collects information that you directly provide to us, as described in our Terms of Service. We process your information when necessary to provide you with the service that you have requested. We do not sell your information, we only share with third party service providers to fulfill your orders.

Return/Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on our toffee. If there is any dissatisfaction you may have with your order please reach out to us directly at Cyndi@bamtreats.com and we will make sure to make it right for you.

Shipping

All our orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail from Lodi, CA.
